For the friend who always finds the next Japanese café—and the one who checks the dessert menu first—this opening is for you.

At Fluffy Fluffy Haven City Market, Japanese comfort food meets our signature soufflé pancakes. Start with ramen or a chicken rice bowl, finish with something fluffy, and make time for a café date with your favorite people.
